Under the pressure of our valued clients, we are often asked to accomplish seemingly impossible installations with timeframes that border on ridiculous. Yet we agree and persevere hoping that we can count on our team to suppliers and installers to work with us with the same passion in satisfying our clients wishes.

Never was a collaboration of this team spirit more evident than with our Montsorrel project in Palm Beach. From the onset of the project, we knew you were tracking production and we felt confident that you would see it through. When the independent truckers went awry with their deliveries, leaving us in a clutch, Fashion Carpet Workroom, jumped in offering their crew to work into the wee hours of the night to ensure that we would not fail with our commitment to our client.

Ultimately, the project was finished just in the nick of time. But even more important, we were proud of our beautiful installations, our concerted efforts and the joy that we brought to our client.
